2. Service Description

BrokerBoost provides personalized email nurturing services for business brokers, including custom asset creation, email drafting, and CRM integration services. Our service is designed to help business brokers maintain consistent contact with their prospects.

3. Payment Terms

Our service is billed monthly at $500 per month. Payment is due in advance and will be automatically charged to your provided payment method. You may cancel your subscription at any time, but no refunds will be provided for partial months.

4. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and complete information about your business and prospects
• Reviewing and approving all email drafts before sending
• Ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials

5. Limitation of Liability

BrokerBoost shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

6. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time with written notice. Upon termination, your access to the service will cease, and any outstanding fees will become immediately due.
